At the end of 2021 Trump Media & Technology Group and online video company Rumble Inc. announced a ‘wide-ranging technology and cloud services’ partnership. New reporting reveals that the Chief Information Officer of TM&TG is also the CTO for Cosmic Development, a key Rumble partner with offices in Macedonia.
Trump media partner Digital World Acquisition Corporation disclosed in a filing that the SDNY issued subpoenas to DWAC and each board director requesting communications on various items including Rocket One Capital. Bruce Garelick, the Chief Investment Officer at Rocket One, announced he would resign as a director of DWAC as of June 22, 2022.
In October 2021 Donald Trump announced plans to launch the Trump Media & Technology Group and the social media platform TruthSocial, by merging with publicly listed Digital World Acquisition Corp (DWAC) which is led by Patrick Orlando and advised by Arc Group Limited.
