New reporting shows that Roman Abramovich is the beneficiary of Tri-Star Capital Ventures Limited registered in the British Virgin Islands, that provided two mortgage payments of $120 million to PDS Development in 2014 and 2015 for Palazzo Del Sol/Della Luna on exclusive Fisher Island, Florida.
