When Axos Bank provided $100 million mortgage to Trump Tower they signed agreements with three tenants: Gucci, Trump companies and 730 FIfth Upper, part of Vlad Doronin’s OKO Group/Aman New York across from Trump Tower.
New reporting shows that Roman Abramovich is the beneficiary of Tri-Star Capital Ventures Limited registered in the British Virgin Islands, that provided two mortgage payments of $120 million to PDS Development in 2014 and 2015 for Palazzo Del Sol/Della Luna on exclusive Fisher Island, Florida.
